SHIPPING INFORMATION
Orders received before 12:00 PM GMT+2 Monday through Thursday are processed and shipped the same day, if they are pre-made and available in stock. Orders placed after 12:00 PM GMT+2 Monday through Thursday will be processed the following business day, if they are pre-made and available in stock. While bespoke and out of stock pieces will take from 3 to 5 business days to be delivered. BYAF does not ship on the weekends or EGY holidays. Please allow additional processing time during promotional events. Items ordered together may not always ship together. You will receive a confirmation email for each shipment.
EGY SHIPPING
GROUND:
Complimentary for all orders in Cairo and Alexandria. Please allow 3 – 5 business days to receive your items. Ground delivery to Cairo and Alexandria may take 3 business days. Shipping times are subject to item availability and credit card verification.
GOVERNRATES:
Complimentary on orders over 3,000EGP. All other orders shipped to governorates will be charged a fee of 150EGP. Delivery occurs in 3-5 business days. Shipping times are subject to item availability and credit card verification.
NEXT DAY:
Complimentary on orders over 5,000EGP. All other orders shipped by Next-Day Air will be charged 150EGP. Shipping times are subject to item availability and credit card verification.
Orders placed before 12:00 PM GMT+2 Monday through Thursday will ship the same day and arrive the next business day.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM GMT+2 Monday through Thursday will not ship the same day and require an additional day to process your order.

We ship to over 200 countries worldwide via Aramex, Fedex and DHL for a seamless cross-border experience.
Complimentary express shipping on all orders. To place an international order online, choose your country on the checkout page of by-af.com and the shipping, duties and taxes fees will be calculated.
Please allow 2 – 3 business days to process and ship your order, pending inventory availability. Delivery estimate is 2 – 8 business days from the ship date, depending on the country of delivery. BYAF does not ship on the weekends or EGY holidays. To ensure the secure delivery of your order, we do not ship to PO boxes.
