At BYAF, we are committed to ensuring that you are completely satisfied with your purchase of men's jewelry and clothing inspired by nature and culture. If you receive a faulty product, we take full responsibility for compensating you. However, please note that all made-to-order items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. During our sale period, all purchases of sale items will be final, and we will be unable to process any refunds or exchanges. To initiate a return for a refund or exchange, please email us at info@by-af.com within 14 days of receipt with your purchase number, item number, and the reason for returning the item. Please note that all items are your responsibility until they reach us, so we recommend using a reliable courier for returning items. Additionally, delivery fees for returning items are your responsibility. We cannot accept any items that have been damaged or worn. To ensure that your return is accepted, please do not remove or dispose of the original packaging before thoroughly inspecting the item, and return it in its original packaging. Once we receive the returned item, we will issue a full refund, excluding original delivery fees, or exchange the item as per your request, if available. We will process your refund within 72 hours of receiving your return, and your credit card company may take 4-7 working days to credit your account. For overseas returns, please mark the packages as ‘returned items’ on the customs declaration forms to avoid unnecessary duty fees and delays in customs. Please note that international customs duties and sales taxes are not refunded for shipments.
